Respondent no. 2 has filed a compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the arrears of pension has been paid to the applicant and regular monthly pension is paid every month regularly. It is further submitted in paragraph 9 of the compliance affidavit a specific averment has been made that the pension will be paid regularly every month. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the judgement and order passed by the writ court has been complied with and the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. In view of the above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
