The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court with certain conditions on 05.09.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court the petitioner has appeared before the Page No.# 2/2 Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Mikirbheta P.S. Case No. 107/2025 and has submitted that though there are some incriminating materials against the petitioner in the case diary, however, she has appeared before the Investigating Officer and her statement has been recorded. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and also the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to her by order dated 05.09.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
