The CC(AT) is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents herein for willfully and deliberately disobeying the orders of the Tribunal in O.A.No. 2372 of 2018 dated 12.10.2018.
2. The respondent No.1 filed affidavit stating that the petitioner died on 14.10.2020 and further that G.O.Rt.No.4 Transport Roads & Buildings (Ser.) Department, dated 07.01.2025 was issued according permission to the Engineer-in-chief (R&B) Administration, A.P.,

Vijawayada for according deemed regularization of services of late Sri A.Guravaiah, NMR Work Inspector of (R&B) Sub-Division, Kanigiri and to provide compassionate appointment to his dependant Sri A.Bhargav, subject to other eligibility criteria.
