Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding the opposite parties to produce the corpus Ravishankar Tiwari before this Hon'ble Court and after recording his statement, he may release from the illegal detention of opposite parties." After taking note of the fact that on 04.07.2025 this Court directed the Superintendent of Police, Lakhimpur Khiri to file his personal affidavit, the missing report has been lodged as appears from the copy of the General Diary annexed at Page No. 22 of personal affidavit filed by Superintendent of Police, Lakhimpur Khiri, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law including filing of writ petition for seeking relief related to proper investigation. To the aforesaid prayer, there is no objection. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents, if any, to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as per Rules in this regard.
