The writ petition seeks the following relief:- "(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent authorities to execute the registered sale deed in favour of petitioner within reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Shri Arun Kumar, counsel for the contesting respondents, states that the sale-deed in favour of the petitioner shall be executed within a period of one month after completion of all the requisite formalities. 4. Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of directing the respondents to execute the sale-deed in favour of the petitioner within a period of one month from today after completing all requisite formalities.
