This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 6018 of 2019 (Saurabh Patel vs. State of U.P.). 4. Even previously on 24.11.2022 there was no representation from either sides of the parties and the following order was passed:- "List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri Raj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the State is present. Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the first informant is also not present even when the matter has been taken up in the revised list. This is a second bail application. Since there is no representation on behalf of either of the parties, the matter is adjourned for the day. Let the matter be listed on 6.1.2023." 5. The present matter is of the year 2018. It is more than six years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter as or the matter has rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 6. Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from either sides of the parties. 7.
