The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry is pending and that the respondent police are not harassing the petitioner in any manner. 3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons and the respondent police shall conduct the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
