Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam as well as Mr. M. Kalita, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail, by this Court, by order dated 29.11.2024, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has cooperated in the investigation. He further submits that in the meanwhile, charge sheet has already been laid and the petitioner has appeared before the Trial Court, after receiving summons from the said Court and the next date of the case is fixed on 10.03.2025. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the above-named petitioner, by order dated 29.11.2024 is hereby made absolute, with condition Nos.(ii) and (iii) attached to the said order, remaining intact. 4.
