Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the petitioner’s representation dated 04.02.2025 will be considered by the concerned respondents, as per law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the concerned respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 04.02.2025, in accordance with law and the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the BNSS, 2023. 5.
