Page No.# 2/3 2. This is an application praying for correction/modification of the order dated 13.08.2025, passed by this Court in AB No. 1664/2025. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Rahman, learned counsel that vide order dated 13.08.2025, passed in AB No. 1664/2025, the present 2 (two) petitioners were granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail after perusal of the case, but inadvertently, the word ‘interim’ is mentioned in paragraph-10 of the said order dated 13.08.2025 instead of pre-arrest bail. 4. Accordingly, Mr. Rahman, learned counsel prayed for correction of the paragraph-10 of the said order dated 13.08.2025 by deleting the word ‘interim’. 5. Mr. K. K. Das, learned Addl. PP has no objection. 6. Accordingly, this interlocutory application is allowed and paragraph-10 of the order dated 13.08.2025, passed earlier in AB No. 1664/2025 is accordingly corrected/modified, which shall be read as under:- “10. Accordingly, it is provided that in the event of arrest of the accused/petitioners, namely, (1) Momiruj Jaman and (2) Anowara Bibi @ Anowar Khatun, in connection with South Salmara P.S. Case No. 67/2025 under Sections 61(2)/96/103 of the BNS, 2023, they shall be enlarged on pre-arrest bail on their executing a bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each, only with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject to the following conditions:--“ …………. 7.
