JUSTICE ROBIN PHUKAN ORDER 25.06.2025 Heard Ms. R. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners. Ms. Choudhury submits that the impugned order passed by the learned Trial Court in Title Suit No.89/2022 has already been withdrawn by the parties on the strength of Page No.# 3/3 compromise and on that strength one decree was passed and as such, this civil revision petition has become infructuous and the petitioners are willing to withdraw the same. Taking note of the submission of Ms. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the view that there is sufficient ground to permit her to withdraw this petition and accordingly, the petition stands disposed of on withdrawal. Ms. Choudhury has produced one order dated 27.01.2025 passed by the learned Trial Court before this Court and the same shall be part of the record. Comparing Assistant Sd/- Robin Phukan JUDGE
