Pur Women PS case No.42 of 2024 registered under Sections 137/64 of BNS, 2023 and Section 6 of POCSO Act,2012, bail was granted to the accused applicant with certain conditions. The case is now pending before the Court of Learned Special Judge, Gomati District, Udaipur. By filing this interlocutory application, the accused applicant has prayed for relaxation of the conditions of bail. The original record is not available with us. So, the accused applicant may approach to the concerned Court for relaxation of the conditions of bail and the concerned Court after perusal of the materials on record shall consider the application of the accused applicant. With this observation, the instant interlocutory application is disposed of.
