The learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent vehemently opposed that the appeal is not maintainable in view of the Section 375 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 stating that the appellant pleaded guilty before the Trial Court. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as non- maintainable of the appeal and the pending applications are also disposed of.
