It has been averred in the application that the copy of impugned judgment dated 02.09.2024, passed by the learned District Judge, Mandi, H.P., was applied by the counsel for the appellant on 23.09.2024, and the same was delivered on 23.10.2024. Thereafter, copy of the judgment was supplied to the office of the appellant. Immediately thereafter, steps were taken to file the present appeal, however, in the process, considerable delay occurred, which was beyond the control of the present applicant. In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, and in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present application is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
