By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the Collector to decide the representation submitted before him on 10.12.2024, by which the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the authorities as well as the respondent no. 6, who has obtained the share of bonus of minimum support price provided by the Government for the Paddy Procurement year 2014-15, 2016-17, of Late Sevak Ram Chandrakar, who is the father of the petitioner and brother of respondent no. 6. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the father of the petitioner died on 18.01.2022, however when the bonus was declared by the State Government on 21.12.2023. The respondent no. 6 received the share of the petitioner’s father without intimating about the death of Late Sevak Ram Chandrakar. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that if the representation is still pending, the same will be considered in accordance with law by affording opportunity of hearing to the respondent no. 6 only within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the counsels for the parties and perused the representation dated 10.12.2024 filed by the petitioner before the 3 Collector, if the same is still pending, the respondent/Collector is directed to pass appropriate order and take necessary action on the representation filed by the petitioner by affording opportunity of hearing to the respondent no. 6/Rameshwar Chandrakar within a period of 50 days from the receipt of copy of the order. 5.
