The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been 5led to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 6182 of 2016 (State Vs. Deepak Alan and others) pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut under sections 147, 452, 504, 323, 427, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Meerut, arising out of charge-sheet dated 22.09.2016 5led in Case Crime No. 220 of 2015 as well as summoning order dated 30.11.2016 and order dated 25.05.2017 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut in Criminal Case No. 6182 of 2016. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that this Court vide order dated 11.09.2023 directed the court below to verify the compromise entered into between the parties. It is further submitted that though compromise has been 5led before the court below but because of certain reason, the applicants could not appear before the court below. A request has been made that some more time may be granted. 4. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with direction to the court below to verify the compromise after summoning the parties within a further period of two months from the date of receiving copy of this order. After veri5cation of the aforesaid compromise, court below will permit the parties to obtain certi5ed copy of the same. 5. After veri5cation of the compromise, court below will dispose of the impugned proceeding, in accordance with law. 6. For a period of two months, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. 7. It is further provided that applicants are at liberty to 5le fresh application u/s 528 B.N.S.S., if required, to quash the impugned proceeding on the basis of veri5ed compromise.
