By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Bubul Rabha, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Sonapur P.S. Case No. 121/2025 under Section 3(5)/303(2)/317(2)/329(4) of BNS, 2023. 3. The case arose out of an FIR dated 02.08.2025 lodged by two informants on behalf of village of Habara, Halokhal, is about theft of sewing machine and the present petitioner is named in the FIR, has been involved in the theft. It is also alleged that the villagers suspected the involvement in different theft incidents happened in the village. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary and fairly submits that there are direct adverse materials against the present petitioner. It is also submitted that the present petitioner is stated to be the kingpin of the alleged illegal activities. 5. In given facts and circumstances, I find that it may not be a fit case to grant pre-arrest bail. 6. Accordingly, the pre-arrest bail stands rejected at this stage and the petition disposed of accordingly. 7. Return the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
