Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that the complaint filed by the petitioner dated June 21, 2023 before the respondent no.2/Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Purvanchal Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. through its Chairman/Chief Engineer (D), Allahabad should be decided expeditiously. 3. Accordingly, respondent no.2/Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Purvanchal Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. through its Chairman/Chief Engineer (D), Allahabad is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the complaint filed by the petitioner dated June 21, 2023 within a period of three months from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4. With regard to other prayers made, we are not going into the merits of the same at this juncture and the petitioner is at liberty to proceed before the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law. 5.
