1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 for early disposal of the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible within period of 30 days. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide the true copy of documents as demanded by the petitioner in his application filed under Right to Information Act (mentioned in Annexure P-1). 10.3 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No. 1 for early disposal of the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner way back on 01.05.2024 as such this petition has been filed.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of limited prayed made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also
consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner way back on 01.05.2024 with a period of 3 months from the production of this order.
6. With this observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
