The instant revision has been filed against the order dated 20.03.2023 passed by Special Judge (M.P./ M.L.A)/ Additional District and Session Judge Court No.4, Hathras in Session Trial No. 311 of 2017 (State Vs. Devendra Agrawal and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 18 of 2017 under Sections 147, 148, 307, 302, 427, 325 IPC Police Station-Sahpau, District-Hathras. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the instant revision has been filed against the order dated 20.03.2023 by which Application U/s 311 Cr.P.C. moved by revisionist has been dismissed but now trial of the case has been concluded on 09.04.2024 and accused have been acquitted and against the acquittal order, appeal has been filed by the revisionist before this Court vide Criminal Appeal U/s 372 Cr.P.C. No. 254 of 2024 and, therefore, the instant revision has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision stands dismissed as infructuous.
