Petitioner's grievance with regard to correction of electricity bill and deposit of dues in OTS Scheme can always be accorded consideration by the second respondent by exercising his powers under Clause 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supple Code, 2005. In such circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent annexing all materials in support of such claim together with the certified copy of this order, within two weeks. The second respondent shall accord consideration to the petitioner's claim in accordance with law, within a further period of six weeks thereafter.
