Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he is complainant in Case No. 3920 of 2022 (State vs. Shashi Prabha & others), arising out of Case Crime No. 840 of 2021, under Section 420, 120-B, 421, 406 IPC at Police Station Kasiya, District Kushinagar which is pending before learned Judicial Magistrate Kasiya, District Kushinagar. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned Magistrate to decide the said case as expeditiously as as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
