PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 2 The Court made the following order: The present Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita* (BNSS), 2023, by the petitioner/Accused No.4 for granting of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.71 of 2024 of Suryaraopet Police Station, Vijayawada City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 (A)(2), 370 (3) of the IPC and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the IT (P) Act. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner, along with other accused, was running AURA International Thai Spa at M.G. Road and conducting prostitution in the said Spa. It is. further the case of the prosecution that the petitioner, along with other accused, bring women from other states so as to lure customers. A ride was conducted on 12.03.2024 on the Spa Centre and arrested Accused Nos.1 and 2. It is revealed that the petitioner/Accused No.4 is a co-owner and supplier. 2.
