Challenge in the writ petition is to a notice dated 22/23.11.2024 issued to the petitioner, which pertains to a vehicle bearing Registration No. UP92 AF4315. The notice states that this vehicle, on an application filed by the petitioner, was blacklisted on 17.6.2022. However, on 25.5.2023, an application was filed by the widow of the registered owner of the vehicle alongwith a 'Paarivarik Sadasyata Certificate'. The notice also calls upon the petitioner to appear alongwith all relevant material in support of her contentions. 3. In our considered opinion, since the petitioner has been called upon to present her case alongwith all relevant material, no ground for interference is made out. The petitioner may act in accordance with the notice in case not already responded. 4. Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
