1. This is an Application fled by the Original Claimant for condonation of 207 days delay caused in preferring the First Appeal.
2. The learned Advocate for the Applicant – Claimant submits that, suffcient reasons are shown in the Application for not preferring the Appeal within the prescribed time. Hence, the Application be allowed.
