Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach before the authority concerned for the documents which he is seeking from the Public Information Officer.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that if the petitioner approaches before the authority concerned while depositing the requisite fees, the authority concerned will provide the documents as sought for by the petitioner.
4. Prayer seems to be fair and reasonable.
5. Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
