By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Special Judge Gangsters Act SC/ST, Ghazipur to decide the release application dated 03.04.2024 in Criminal Case No.27 of 2024, under Section 16 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters And Anti- Social. Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Kotwali, District Ghazipur within stipulated time. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid application is pending since April, 2024 and since then no order has been passed. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within some specific time frame. 4. The instant application is disposed of with a direction to Additional Special Judge Gangsters Act SC/ST, Ghazipur to consider and decide the release application dated 03.04.2024 in Criminal Case No.27 of 2024, under Section 16 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters And Anti-Social.
