1. The applicant who is in custody since 07.02.2025 has approached this Court through JHCLSC, Ranchi for grant of regular bail in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar P.S. Case No.10 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.661 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 303 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M.-cum-Civil Judge (Sr, Division)-3, Hazaribagh.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.
3. Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of this applicant. Further, there is delay of 20 days in lodging the F.I.R. On above basis prayer for bail has been made.
4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant and submitted that the applicant has 11 criminal antecedents.
5. Considering the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.-cum-Civil Judge (Sr. Division)-3, Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar P.S. Case No.10 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.661 of 2025, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self-attested copy of his Aadhaar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
