Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the property in question is a private property of the Petitioner having purchased the i j same under registered Sale Deed dated 13.04.1994. An English medium school is being run in the said place. Apart from the English medium school, it is stated a Kalyanamandapam was constructed in the said premises and there is an infernal road connecting the school and , I Kalyanamandapam and as the Petitioner was informed that the internal private road would be used for public purpose by demolishing the compound wall. Hence, the present Writ Petition by the Petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that Respondent Authorities have, no knowledge about the. compound wall said to have been constructed by the Petitioner till date and no illegal steps are being taken to remove the compound wall. 3 4. In that view, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed. Written Instructions are placed on record. 5. 6. Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. I As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
