It is submitted that the petitioner filed a change of vakalat appointing Mr.K.Balasivasubramanian as counsel on record and that the said Mr.K.Balasivasubramanian appeared for the petitioner on 03.12.2025 when the writ petition was disposed of. However, the name of the earlier counsel, namely Mr.S.Rajeshkumar, has been wrongly mentioned in the order dated 03.12.2025. Government Pleader O R D E R This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to survey the petitioner's lands under S.No.62/2 situated at Velankulam Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's petition dated 25.08.2025 within the time fixed by this Court. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner submitted a petition dated 25.08.2025 to the respondents seeking to survey his lands in S.No.62/2. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.
