Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that despite order of this Court dated 21.5.2025 mentioning therein in para-3 of it, that his vakalatnama stands at page no. 15 of the joint affidavit dated 26.2.2022 which was filed in the office on 22.3.2023, his affidavit for compromise is being refused to be accepted by the office on the ground that his Vakalatnama is not on the record as his name is not shown in the data base. He submits that concerned clerk at the counter has refused to accept the same and is directing him to first get his name feeded in data base and then it may be filed. This fact is not acceptable. This is not the work of learned counsel to do in the office. This is the work of office to feed the names of counsels whose vakalatnama are filed. Registrar (J) (Criminal) shall take a report from the concerned section as to why his affidavit has not been accepted within one week and place the same on the record. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is directed to file the said affidavit in the office on 14.7.2025 and then office shall accept it and if it is marked as defective, place the same on record and send it to the Court by the next date. 5.
