GP FOR HOME The Court made the following : THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 13046/2025 ORDER : The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is troubling by the respondent No.3 at the behest of the respondent Nos.4 to 6 and is repeatedly calling to the police station with regard to civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.4 to 6. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 5th respondent has filed a complaint with respect to the access to the land in Survey No.254 and that when the police tried to reach the petitioner and he did not attend to the police station for the purpose of enquiry. 3. Recording the same, the investigating officer shall issue appropriate notice to the petitioner in the event he is required for the purpose of investigation for the enquiry if any crime is registered. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
