Heard Sri. Akarsh Kumar Gowda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Spoorthi V., learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1, Smt. Monica Patil, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and have perused the material on record.
2. The learned counsel for the second respondent, Smt. Monica Patil submits that the petition is rendered

infructuous, as the bid of the petitioner has been duly considered.
3. This is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. In that light, the petition is disposed as having become infructuous leaving open all the remedies available to the petitioner in law, in the event of need.

Learned counsel, at this juncture, submits that the EMD amount would be refunded, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the action would be taken in accordance with law.
6. Recording the said submission and with the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed as having become infructuous.
