Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer from District- Azamgarh to Bareilly, on the ground of ailment i.e. - Women's Hormonal Issues and Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD), Her Own Medical Issues." 3. It is submitted that in view of serious aliments suffered by petitioner for which treatment of petitioner is being conducted in District Bareilly, the aforesaid is required to be considered. 4.
