The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein along with others created fabricated documents and submitted I'n the Sub-Registrar's office for registration as genuine documents by forging the signatures of revenue officials and health officer. Basing on the report gl-ven by the Joint Sub-Registrar, Ongole, the present crime has been registered against the petitioner and others. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that batch of Crimes have been registered against the petitioner based on the confessional Statement Of the CO-accused and nO Other incriminating material iS available I against the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is falsely implicated in the present crime and he did not commit-any offence as alleged in the complaint. 4. On ttle other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner along with other accused created the fabricated docriments '\ by forging the signatures of the. revenue'officials and health officer and the b-:- same were pleaded to be ge_nuine. He would further submit that the petitioner is involved in as many ?s 40 crimes and the investigation is pending. 5. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public I Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record. 6. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in all the cases, wherein, the petitioner was shown as accused, this court in crl.p.No.3806 of 2025 and batch granted 'anticipatory bail by order, dated` 30.04.2025. A copy of the order is placed before this Court. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Since the allegations leveled in all the cr'lmes against the petitioner are one and the same and having considered the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is inclined to allow the present criminal petition by following the order, dated 30.04.2025 made in Crl.P.No.3806 of 2025 and batch. 7.
