Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the learned Court having jurisdiction/authority concerned to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of direction issued by this Court in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 20172 of 2023 Inre; Prakash Chandra Tiwari Vs. Union of India and Ors. 4. There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order of this Court dated 20.03.2025 passed in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 1734 of 2025 Inre; Jhakdi Sahu Vs. Joint Director of Enforcement and Ors, a copy of which is annexure 1A to the writ petition whereby the similar writ petition filed before this Court praying for similar reliefs had been disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise his claim before the Special Court of Anti Corruption C.B.I (West), Lucknow in accordance with law and the learned Court has been directed to consider the same after hearing all the parties concerned in accordance with law. 5.
