GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents herein particularly Respondent No.3 in calling upon the petitioners to the police station and interfering with the construction activity of the Lakshmi Prabha Enclave situated at Revenue Colony, Ward No.11, Plot No.17 of Kakinada Urban Mandal, East Godavari District and directing the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- to the Respondent No.4 to 9 further directing not to undertake any construction activity of Lakshmi Prabha Enclave as nothing illegal, arbitrary, erroneous, high handed and violative of Article 21 of The Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 not to call upon the petitioners to the police station and interfere in the construction activity of Lakshmi Prabha Enclave.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that no further orders are required in this matter as the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
