It is submitted by the prosecution that as per telephonic instruction, it has been informed that no case has been registered against the petitioner in the Page No.# 2/2 said police station. Further, it is also submitted that in the meantime one written communication has been received from the concerned police station through electronic mode (whatsapp) stating the same facts about non- existence of any case against the present petitioner before the police station as of now. In view of the above development, the apprehension of the petitioner regarding arrest is baseless at the moment. The instant anticipatory bail stands disposed of as not maintainable.
