Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire proceeding of Case Crime no. 528 of 1998, under Sections 148, 143, 387, 452 and 506 IPC, Police Station- Gazipur, District Lucknow along with chargesheet dated 12.12.1998 and cognizance/summoning order dated 17.01.1999 passed by the court of learned Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Custom, Lucknow on the basis of compromise deed dated 06.11.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that now parties have entered into compromise, therefore, this Court may please to quash the proceeding for which learned A.G.A. has no objection. 4. Whether the parties have, in fact, compromised the matter or not, can best be ascertained by the Trial Court as such, compromise has to be duly verified in presence of the parties concerned before the Trial Court. 5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to The Court concerned that if any such compromise is filed before it within two weeks, it shall issue notices to all the signatories to the compromise requiring their personal presence and, thereafter, proceed to verify the compromise within two weeks. If the aforesaid compromise is verified, a Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Prabhat Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Anil Kumar Singh @ Anil Singh .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Another .....Opposite Party(s) report to that effect shall be prepared by the Trial Court and the compromise will be made part of the record. 6. The Trial Court in that scenario will allow the parties to obtain certified copy of the report as well as compromise and it will be open to the applicants to approach this Court again for quashing of the proceedings. 7. For a period of one month, the proceedings of Case Crime no. 528 of 1998, under Sections 148, 143, 387, 452 and 506 IPC, Police Station- Gazipur, District Lucknow pending in the Court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Custom Lucknow, shall remain stayed. 8. Office is directed to return the original compromise deed to the learned counsel for the applicants, if any, after taking the photocopy of the same.
