Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Crl.P.No.2865/2023 which was disposed of by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 07.06.2023, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the Sessions Court after examination of C.W-1 is completed before the trial Court. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23850 CRL.P No. 3047 of 2025 3. Material produced before this Court would go to show that C.W-1 has been examined before the trial Court. However, no fresh petition has been filed by the petitioner before the Jurisdictional Sessions Court, though liberty has been granted to him by this Court in Crl.P.No.2865/2023. 4. Therefore, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the Sessions Court and in the event petitioner files such bail application before the Sessions Court, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
