This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Case No. 631 of 2015 (State Vs. Ram Milan and others) arising out of case crime No. 322 of 2014, under Sections 325, 323, 504 IPC0, Police Station Lalauli, District Fatehpur within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2015, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Case No.631 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
