For Petitioner : Mr.G.Kandhavelan For R1 and R3 : Mr.S.Jeya Prakash Government Advocate (Crl.Side) For R2 : Mr.J.Sriprasad for M/s.R.B.Law Associates ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to take necessary action from preventing from illegal parking of any autos in front of our recognized auto stand i.e., Thiruvannaikovil, Trunk Road, Theppakulam, Padai Junction and Thiruvannaikovil Sannadhi Veedhi Trunk Junction by considering the petitioner representation dt.23.07.2019. 2. The facts as set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition reads as follows:- The petitioner would submit that he is the President of the Auto Rickshaw Ottunar Sangam, Trunk Road, Theppalkulam Padai Junction and Tiruvannaikovil Sannidhi Veedhi Trunk Road, Trichy, which has been 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.18014 of 2019 registered under CITU Rickshaw Ottunar Sangam vide registration No.TRY 1015. There are 40 auto drivers attached to the said Sangam and the Trichy Corporation has also recognized the said Sangam and allotted a place for parking the 40 autorickshaws at Trunk Road, Theppalkulam Padai Junction and Tiruvannaikovil Sannidhi Veedhi Trunk Road, vide Trichirapalli District Gazette vide No.15 dated 23.09.1999. Since then the auto drivers attached to the said Sangam have been parking their autorickshaws in the above mentioned place. 3. While so, some unknown auto drivers without obtaining prior permission from the authorities have been parking their autorickshaws in the above mentioned place and further involved in illegal activities. In this connection, the petitioner has made a complaint before the 3rd respondent police, however, no action has been taken. 4. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has sent a detailed representation to the respondents on 23.07.2019 and the same has not been considered to date. Mr.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 23.07.2019 will be considered and orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court. 6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
