Challenge, in the case at hand, is to the impugned order dated 23.10.2019 appended along-with present petition as Annexure P-5.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that in furtherance to the aforesaid impugned judgment surcharge proceedings were initiated which have culminated. Feeling aggrieved by the judgment in the surcharge proceedings so conducted, appropriate appeals were preferred by the parties before the appropriate authority.
3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present proceedings. Accordingly, the present petition has become 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
