Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the respondents to pay the pension since March 2025 to December 2025 and pay the pension regularly each and every month to the petitioner." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Commissioner and Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4. In case petitioner is found entitled for the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kaushal Mani Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ravindra Kumar Tiwari .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Co- Operative Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) aforesaid benefits, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of four weeks thereafter. Petitioner's representation shall not be rejected only on the ground of paucity of fund with the Cooperative Department. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
