Thereafter, the case was listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Inspite of the same, none appeared for the petitioner. 4. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4 No order as to costs.
