Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that he has received instructions from the concerned authority and also he concurs with the view of the learned senior counsel to contend that the issues raised in this writ petitions are covered by the the decision rendered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Special Civil Application No.14407 of 2015, vide judgment and order dated 26.2.2019, which has been confirmed in Letters Patent Appeal No.203 of 2021 vide order dated 16.10.2023. 2. It is not in dispute that the decision rendered by the Division Bench in the aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal has become final as it has not been carried to the Supreme Court. In view of the above, the present petition stands DISPOSED OF in terms of the orders passed in Special Civil Application No.14407 of 2015 and as confirmed by the Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No.203 of 2021. 4. The consequential benefits, if any, shall be computed and to be made over to the petitioner within a period of THREE MONTHS from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
