(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay minimum pay scale to the petitioner Rs. 18000/- per month on the basis of Government order dated 24-09-2024 which is contained as Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition." 3.
