Learned counsel representing Sri S.Basha, learned counsel for the writ petitioner is in attendance. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of the petitioner, police registered a case in Crime No.80 of 2019 of Panjani Police Station, Chittoor District, for the offence under Sections 312, 498-A r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of DP Act, dated 24.08.2019 and investigated into the case, and later, laid charge sheet vide C.C.No.12 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Punganur. The learned Magistrate conducted trial, and on merits, delivered judgment and acquitted the case U/s.248(1) of Cr.P.C. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
