The earlier counsel who appeared for the petitioner has expired, Court Notice was directed to be issued vide order dated 09.06.2021 on the petitioner, which dispite having been served there has been no attempt made by the petitioner to be represented in the matter for nearly four years. 3. In that view of the matter, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. There being no interim order there will be no purpose served in continuing the above petition.
