Nibedita Das, are present. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurer has Page No.# 3/3 agreed to pay Rs.10,70,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs and Seventy Thousand) in favour of the claimants, on account of injuries sustained by the claimant Smti. Nibedita Das. 4. The parties have requested to deposit the amount into the bank account of Smti. Nibedita Das. 5. Learned counsel Mr. B.R. Das has identified the claimants. The Insurer may deposit the amount directly into the bank account of Smti. Smti. Nibedita Das, bearing No. 43666868595 of State Bank of India, furnished by the claimants, within a period of six weeks from today. 6. The Insurer is allowed to withdraw the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) from the Registry of this Court. 7.
